Creation of high quality game assets in collaboration with concept artists and CCO.Maintaining the production pipeline and meeting deadlines.Working closely with the implementation and gameplay departments.Prototyping new technologies on the given platforms.Leading the environment modellers teamSetting the quality targets and bar for 3D environments on the projectsSharing knowledge and techniques across the studioMentoring 3D environment artists

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in game developmentExperience with Unreal Engine and or Unity.Perfect knowledge of 3ds Max (or Maya) & PhotoshopHigh texturing and Zbrush skillsAbility to create realistic looking objects & environments, being limited by technological framesHigh texturing and Zbrush skillsExcellent communication skillsGood eye for detailsEnglish languageA strong team player and leader by example
