Landscape Architect/Landscape Designer

Position Summary

Luxus Group is seeking a skilled Landscape Architect or Landscape Designer to take primary responsibility for delivering a full range of landscape architectural services, from project inception through post-occupancy. The Landscape Architect will serve as a key contact for project stakeholders, including owners, consultants, code officials, suppliers, and contractors.

Qualifications, Skills, and Abilities
• Job Knowledge: Strong understanding of landscape architecture principles and practices.
• Technical Proficiency: CADD proficiency required.
• Communication Skills: Excellent oral, written, and graphic communication abilities.
• Judgment: Ability to make sound decisions and problem-solve effectively.
• Flexibility: Positive attitude and adaptability in a dynamic work environment.

Education/Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Landscape Architecture or a related field.
• Licensed Landscape Architect preferred but not required.
• LEED™ certification preferred but not required.
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience required; 5 years preferred.
• Construction experience is highly desirable.
• Portfolio and references required.
