Atwell, LLC is seeking a remote Land Solutions Project Coordinator to support their team with title review, land research, and due diligence for right-of-way and infrastructure projects. The role involves organizing project files, coordinating across teams, performing quality control on documents, and assisting Project Managers. Candidates should have 3+ years of relevant experience, strong attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.

Atwell is seeking a remote Project Coordinator to support our Land Solutions team, with a strong emphasis on title review, land research, and due diligence across right-of-way and infrastructure projects.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys digging into records, connecting the dots across property ownership, and ensuring accuracy in land documentation. You'll play a critical role behind the scenes—supporting Project Managers and field teams by validating land data, organizing documentation, and helping keep projects moving forward with confidence.

You'll work closely with internal teams including Project Managers, Land Agents, GIS, and Document Management, contributing to projects across energy, utilities, and infrastructure.

Project Coordination & Research Support

Support Project Managers with project setup, tracking, and reportingOrganize and maintain project files, contracts, and land documentation in internal systems (Vision, shared drives, etc.)Coordinate across teams (Land, GIS, Document Management, Payment Services) to ensure alignment on data and deliverablesAssist with parcel identification, landowner research, and contact validationTrack project progress, flag issues, and help ensure timelines and deliverables are metData & Document Quality

Perform quality control reviews on land documents and project dataEnsure consistency and compliance with client requirements and Atwell standardsMaintain organized, audit-ready project files and documentationSupport document workflows, including contracts, invoices, and deliverablesCommunication & Team Support

Participate in internal and client calls, capturing notes and action itemsSupport preparation of project updates, reports, and meeting materialsCommunicate clearly with internal teams to keep projects aligned and movingWhat We're Looking For

3+ years of experience in land, right-of-way, title, real estate, or a related fieldStrong experience with title research, deed review, and land records analysisFamiliarity with county courthouse research, legal descriptions, and ownership structuresExperience supporting infrastructure, utility, or energy projects is a plusHighly detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and organizationComfortable working across multiple systems (Excel, document management tools, GIS platforms preferred)Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionallyPreferred Background

Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Land Management, Surveying, Environmental, or related field preferredExperience supporting right-of-way or land acquisition projectsExposure to tools like Vision, GIS platforms, or land management systemsDisclaimer
