Position Overview:
Platinum Visual Solutions is seeking a dynamic and innovative Manager for its P360 division, which focuses on providing transformative solutions for “all four walls” in K-12 educational environments. This role emphasizes collaboration with architects, designers, educators, school administrators, and other stakeholders to redefine learning spaces, particularly in the K-12 sector.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Stakeholder Engagement:
• Collaborate with the architectural and design (A&D) community to create and pitch customized solutions for modern learning environments.
• Partner with school superintendents, assistant superintendents, and facilities teams to address both teaching/learning and operational needs.
2. Product Integration:
• Work with Architectural Distributors, Dealers, AV integrators to embed advanced technology into P360’s wall solutions, enhancing interactivity and functionality.
• Coordinate with general contractors to showcase how P360 solutions reduce construction time and optimize retrofits.
3. Business Development:
• Collaborate with school furniture dealers at local, regional, and national levels to align solutions with educational furniture needs.
• Present research-backed benefits of P360 products, such as improved student learning, enhanced safety, and optimized classroom environments.
4. Design & Technical Expertise:
• Utilize tools like Revit, CET, and similar design software to support project planning and visualization.
• Provide insight into construction and interior design, ensuring seamless integration of P360 products in educational projects.
5. Communication & Coordination:
• Act as a liaison between clients and the manufacturing team to ensure project specifications are established and met.
• Develop compelling sales pitches and marketing materials to demonstrate the value of P360 solutions.
Qualifications:
• Background in construction, interior design, or architecture with a focus on K-12 educational environments.
• Proficiency or very aware of design and project management software (e.g., Revit, CET).
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong sales acumen with the ability to build relationships across various stakeholder groups.
• Experience working with AV technology and familiarity with ADA compliance requirements is a plus.
Attributes:

• Ability to manage multiple roles, including designer, project manager, and business developer.
• Passionate about enhancing educational spaces through cutting-edge design and technology.
Heavy consideration will be applied for the following:
· A deeper architect/design sales network experience preferably on a California level focused on players serving the K-12 space (10+ years)
· A great communicator/storyteller
· A sales training background would be great.
· Someone who is driven by performance rewards (i.e. has held a sales quota)
· Someone who has, or at least been on Teams, for big proposals

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $100,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
