Junior Engineer Trainee – Green Energy (Full time & Hybrid)

Greenated Clima Tech is hiring a Junior Engineer Trainee for Green Energy in Bengaluru, India. The role involves supporting green energy projects, conducting research on carbon markets, and assisting in site surveys and project implementation. Candidates should have a diploma in relevant engineering fields, strong communication skills, and a commitment to sustainability. The position requires travel and short stays at project sites, making it a hybrid role rather than fully remote.
Summary:

You will be part of Project team for the green energy and Decarbonisation programs with Sustainability standards. You will provide support to team on practicing and documenting as per requirements of the company and working location will be Bangalore – India.

Roles and Responsibilities:
• Project engineering Trainee for Green Energy solution and services for the implementation of Project along with functional team
• Conduct quantitative and qualitative research on private sectors role in achieving the net-zero; Further analysing the carbon offset in perspective of carbon markets along with Green Energy sector
• Provide project support, visiting and involved as part of project team the role of private sector in Green Energy and Carbon Market.
• Assist the Project team to finalize the site survey, Land acquisition or other project works.
• Contribute to designing and implementation of initiatives, projects or programmes.
• Prepare relevant communications materials (speeches, brochures, success stories, media materials etc.);
• Provide administrative support on an as needed basis.
• Other relevant tasks as deemed necessary by the supervisor.

• Ability to manage workload with minimum supervision and collaborate with a wide range of colleagues while meeting deadlines.

• Be able to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Computer Proficiency: MS Office/Office 365
• Willingness to travel and research on the need basis.

Required Skills and Experience:

Education:

Applicants must at the time of application meet one of the following requirements:
• Successfully completed his Diploma in Electrical & Electronics, Mechanical and Electronics & Communication Engineering on 2023-24
• Successfully completed SSLC or HSC [10th Standard or 12th Standard] or Equivalent before joining the Diploma course.
• Completed academic projects related to the Energy or communication sectors
• After 12 months of Training, you will be promoted to Junior Engineer with increase in salary.

Language:
• Fluent in English with excellent reading and writing skills. 
• Any of Indian languages like Kannada, Tamil and Malayalam is must.

Travel and Stay:
• Part of work involves travel across Indian states along with Project co-ordinators
• Short Stay in the Project site less than 2 weeks will be taken care by company.
• More than two weeks, relocation to the Project site is must.
