Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Solar Installer to join our team. As a Solar Installer, you will be responsible for assisting in the installation and maintenance of solar panel systems. This is a hands-on role that requires technical expertise and attention to detail. Responsibilities:
- Assist in the installation of solar panel systems on residential and commercial properties
- Work with a team to safely and efficiently install solar panels, racking systems, and electrical components
- Perform electrical wiring and connections according to schematics and blueprints
- Ensure that all work is completed in compliance with industry standards and regulations
- Conduct quality inspections to verify the integrity of installed systems
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or malfunctions that may arise during installation or maintenance
- Collaborate with project managers and other team members to ensure timely completion of projects

Experience:
- Previous experience in solar installation or related field is preferred but not required
- Knowledge of commercial electrician practices and techniques
- Proficiency in using power tools for construction purposes
- Basic understanding of roofing principles and techniques
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Excellent problem-solving skills to identify and resolve issues during installation
