We’re partnered with a design-focused architecture firm in Boston that’s looking to add a Job Captain to their growing team. This is an opportunity to work on impactful civic and municipal projects that directly shape communities while building a clear path toward Project Architect and future Project Management responsibilities.




The firm is seeking someone who enjoys being deeply involved in project delivery, collaborating closely with leadership, and contributing to thoughtful, community-driven design work from documentation through coordination and execution.

What You’ll Be Doing

Support the delivery of civic and municipal projects through all phasesProduce and coordinate construction documents in RevitWork closely with Project Managers and senior leadershipCollaborate with consultants and internal project teamsHelp drive project coordination and technical executionContinue developing toward a Project Architect / PM track
