VYAN Solar Energy specializes in providing I&C services for Roof-Top solar power plants, both On-Grid and Off-Grid. The company offers installation and commissioning services for domestic and commercial clients. VYAN Solar Energy also handles the installation and commissioning of ground-mounted Grid-Connected solar plants across PAN India.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Noida for an Installation and Commissioning Specialist. The specialist will be responsible for overseeing the installation and commissioning of roof-top and ground-mounted solar power plants. Daily tasks include conducting site assessments, planning installation procedures, managing teams, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards, troubleshooting issues on-site, and collaborating with clients and other stakeholders to ensure project success.

Qualifications
• Experience in Installation and Commissioning of solar power plants
• Knowledge of On-Grid and Off-Grid systems and grid-connected solar plants
• Skills in conducting site assessments and planning installation procedures
• Technical proficiency in troubleshooting and problem-solving on-site issues
• Ability to supervise teams and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
• Excellent communication and client collaboration skills
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or related field preferred
• Experience in project management is a plus
