Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Construction Management Practice Director to lead our team of technical staff in delivering exceptional results and exceed client expectations.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the Construction Management Practice Team, ensuring utilization meets targets, and collaborating with Project Managers, Office Leads, and Hub and Regional Management as required.

This role requires strong leadership and management skills, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality results and exceeding performance metrics. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of construction engineering, management, and inspection services, as well as experience leading technical staff and managing projects.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the Construction Management Practice Team and ensure utilization meets targets
• Collaborate with Project Managers, Office Leads, and Hub and Regional Management as required
• Ensure technical services and projects meet quality standards and exceed client expectations
• Develop and implement strategies to improve practice performance and efficiency
• Maintain strong relationships with internal and external clients

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in a related field (Science or Engineering)
• Professional licensing and certifications in construction engineering, management, and inspection services
• 10+ years of progressively responsible technical experience, management, and leadership of deliverables and/or projects
• Experience leading technical staff and managing projects
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
