Who we are

North Wales Naturalist’s Trust was formed on October 26th 1963. Over 60 years later our name may have changed, but the motivation that inspired our founders remains the same. Over the years the number of reserves cared for by the Trust has grown steadily, now covering over 750 hectares, thanks to gifts of land and site purchases through fundraising. We now employ over 50 members of staff and manage a budget of over £3M – a far cry from our humble beginnings.
