IT Support Engineer (US)

Job Responsibilities:

Infrastructure construction\Operation and Maintenance Work, including IT room/server/network/firewall, etc.

Provide IT services to users with SLA under ITIL process，including accounts, computers, printers, telephone, conference, and other IT applications.

Making/Implementing the IT budget in the region, also do the IT related procurement operations.

Be responsible for IT asset management for whole lifecycle.

Implement the IT Policy formulated by headquarters in the branch.

Provide IT trainings to end user as needed.

Help to deploy the IT projects from HQ or region.

Complete other related tasks assigned by department head.

Job Requirements:

Relevant degree in IT field (college or above)

1 year working experience with IT support or enterprise network management and maintenance.

Familiar with Microsoft products, Windows Client and Windows Server, AD, DNS, DHCP, FS, Microsoft 365...

Familiar with DELL, HP server configuration and management, familiar with virtualization technology

Familiar with configuration and troubleshooting of network devices (Cisco/Juniper/Huawei)

Good troubleshooting skills with desktop and network, be able to work independently.

Knowledge of IT service management

Strong interpersonal, teamwork & communication skills

IT Certificate is a plus (Microsoft/Cisco/Huawei/VMware/ITIL/PMP...)

Fluent in written and spoken English, could communicate in Chinese is preferred.
