Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Establish and continuously improve the comprehensive risk management system of US subsidiaries and local joint ventures, including risk management, compliance management, internal control management and credit management systems, risk management assessment and evaluation systems, risk management processes, and digital risk control system.
  • Ensure the effective acceptance and operation of the risk control system in the business field and region, becoming a strong support and core competitiveness for achieving US strategy.
  • Insight into the international environmental changes in the future development of the new energy industry, identifying opportunities and risks for the stable development of the US business.
  • Based on future strategic development needs and corporate governance requirements, identify significant high-level and operational risks, provide decision-making basis and risk mitigation measures suggestions, and ensure implementation through risk management mechanisms and evaluation and assessment systems.
  • Guided by achieving internal and external customer satisfaction, we aim to achieve controllable risks, internal and external compliance, protect and realize value for the company, provide comprehensive risk management process methods and best practices, and ensure the effective implementation of internal control and compliance management systems through precise authorization and exercise supervision.
  • Attract and cultivate excellent risk control talents, stimulating organizational vitality, and cultivating the company's excellent ability to cope with long-term uncertainty risks.

Job Requirements:

  • Master's degree in business, finance, law, or related fields.
  • 8-10 years of senior leadership experience in risk management, internal control management, and compliance management of multinational corporations in US subsidiaries, as well as years of cross-cultural team management experience.
  • Familiar with local laws and regulations related to the operation and management of relevant companies in US.
  • Understand the business characteristics and competitive landscape of new energy industries such as manufacturing, photovoltaic, and energy storage, and be proficient in cross industry risk management strategies.
