Technical Services Intern

Responsibilities:

Support the Technical Service team with all the development and follow up of the data base, ensuring its user-friendliness, functionality and accuracy.

Manage daily operations of Technical Service department in Europe.

Organize delivery and pickup of the modules to be sent to 3rd party laboratories.

Administrative support and finance follow up related to RMA for Credit Notes and PO´s.

Issuance and follow up of release instructions related to RMA.

Issuance and internal follow up of Intercompanies, Contract Reviews and Declaration Letters.

Regular control and operations of Technical Service budget.

Requirements:

Home-based work in Spain ,1-2 years of working experience

Bachelor's degree with a major in Economy,Finance or administrative

Good skills in MS Office

Good team player with brilliant service awareness

Clear logic and meticulous work

Able to complete work under certain guidance and minimal supervision with good learning ability

Languages

Excellent written and spoken English is a must. Spanish or German would be a plus.
