*Your Strategic MandatePortfolio Expansion: Lead the end-to-end investment lifecycle, from sourcing and due diligence to deal structuring and post-acquisition integration.Market Intelligence: Analyze the GCC healthcare landscape to identify emerging trends in biotech, specialized clinics, and digital health infrastructure.Financial Stewardship: Manage complex financial modeling, valuation, and capital raising efforts to fund ambitious expansion projects.Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary liaison between institutional investors, regulatory bodies (DHA/DHCC), and clinical leadership.Governance & Risk: Ensure all investments comply with UAE healthcare regulations and international ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) standards.*The Executive ProfileThe Expert: 10+ years of experience in Private Equity, Venture Capital, or Corporate Development, with at least 5 years specifically focused on the Healthcare sector.Academic Pedigree: MBA or Master’s in Finance/Economics from a top-tier institution.
