Responsibilities:
• Leading the Development Department: Take responsibility for the design, development, coding, testing, and debugging of applications to ensure the highest quality standards.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders to align on strategic goals and ensure that development projects meet company objectives.
• Team Management: Oversee all activities of the software development teams and set goals to ensure adherence to agile delivery principles.
• Budget and Resource Management: Manage software development budgets and expenses to ensure efficient use of resources.
• Employee Development: Conduct performance evaluations and identify training and development needs to continuously improve team skills.

Requirements:
• Degree: A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field with at least 15 years of experience.
• Language Skills: Excellent English skills, both written and spoken.
• Experience: Proven experience in building, developing, and leading development teams.
• Hiring Skills: Extensive experience in hiring software experts.
