Global Net Zero Strategy Specialist

We are seeking a confident and results-driven individual to lead the development and implementation of The Kraft Heinz Company's (KHC) global net zero strategy, aligning with our ambitious greenhouse gas emissions targets.

Main Objectives:
• You will work collaboratively with zone and function teams to define and deliver KHC's net zero strategy, ensuring alignment with global emissions targets and commitments.
• You will develop a clear action plan to achieve global and zone-level emissions reductions, working closely with suppliers and partners to drive collective impact.
• You will map out specific initiatives to reduce greenhouse gas emissions, including cost, impact, and timing assessments.

Key Responsibilities:
• Create business cases to secure investment and public funding for net zero initiatives, ensuring effective return on investment.
• Develop and manage processes to track and monitor the global net zero roadmap, providing insights to key achievements and decision requirements.
• Establish effective project management and governance surrounding key partnerships related to greenhouse gas commitments.
• Structure and execute internal and external forums to share expectations, facilitate idea generation, and identify preferred investment opportunities.
• Present to and connect with senior leadership teams to ensure alignment and progress towards net zero goals.

Requirements:
• 5+ years defining and implementing sustainability strategies focused on greenhouse gases, preferably in the food industry.
• 5+ years building partnerships focused on sustainability with diverse entities and enrolling stakeholders across multiple levels of seniority and roles.
• 8+ years total professional experience, including sustainability and at least one area: food value chain, agriculture, NGO, or research organization in the food sector.
• Excellent self-management, organizational, and communication skills.
