Guest Relations Host

The Saint Louis Zoo is hiring seasonal Guest Relations Hosts to interact with visitors about Zoo programs and ticketing. Candidates should have customer service experience, be available for various shifts including weekends and holidays, and possess computer skills. A criminal background check is required. This position is located in St. Louis, MO and is not remote.
The Saint Louis Zoo is seeking energetic, responsible, and service-oriented applicants for seasonal employment opportunities as Guest Relations Hosts. Hosts must be able to easily and professionally interact with visitors to discuss the Zoo, membership programs, Adventure Passes, animal adoptions and ticketing options. Candidates must be able to work during the week from 8am – 5pm (longer shifts possible during Summer hours 8am – 7pm) and must be available on holidays, weekends and evenings. Prior customer service and sales experience is preferred. Familiarity with computers is required. All successful candidates for this position will be required to submit to a criminal background check.
