Our Team is Looking for an Experienced Environmental Planner 2

We are seeking a highly skilled Environmental Planner 2 to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting environmental research, writing documents, and evaluating project impact.

The primary duties of this role include working on a wide variety of environmental documentation projects. This position will work under the supervision of a Senior Environmental Planner or Environmental Project Manager and be responsible for research and preparation of CEQA and NEPA documents.
Responsibilities and Requirements
• Conduct environmental research and write documents
• Evaluate potential impact of projects and devise mitigating measures
• Prepare CEQA and NEPA documents
• Coordinate with environmental specialists preparing technical reports
• Bachelor's degree in Urban Planning or closely related field
• A minimum of 5 years experience in planning and design
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs
• Extensive graphics and report document production experience
• Experience with GIS
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Leadership skills and ability to work in a team environment
• Ability to travel may be required
