About the Role

We’re seeking a Grant Writer to join our Typewiser team , the creators of a cutting-edge AI-powered writing mentor. In this role, you’ll report directly to the Head of Operations and play a pivotal part in building advanced content-generation capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:
• Create structured templates for various domains and ensure they are optimised for AI completion;
• Evaluate and adjust AI-generated outputs, identify errors or biases, and update templates in response to LLM improvements, regulatory changes, and user feedback;
• Ensure the accuracy and consistency of AI-generated documents, through regular audits, error detection workflows, and testing procedures. Collaborate with the SWE team to fine-tune generative processes;
• Define KPIs to measure template effectiveness, track and report AI performance over time, and use research and analytics to recommend improvements;
• Collaborate with domain experts for requirements gathering and definition and quality assessments.

Qualifications

Required:
• Master’s degree in Science or Engineering;
• C1-level proficiency in English or higher;
• At least 2 years of experience writing business and scientific and/or technical documents in a professional, technical, or academic setting;
• Keen interest in exploring the field of Generative AI.

Preferred:
• Proven experience working with cross-functional teams;
• Experience working with EU or US-based clients or companies.
