Geologist / Environmental Scientist

TERRY Environmental Services, Inc is seeking a Geologist / Environmental Scientist in Charleston, SC. The role requires a minimum 4-year degree and involves a mix of in-office and fieldwork related to soil and groundwater assessment and remediation. Candidates will work on various projects, gain expertise in environmental investigations, and may travel within South Carolina. Full-service environmental consulting firm specializing in soil and groundwater assessment and remediation related to petroleum spills and leaks. Candidate will work a mix of in-office and in-field projects connected to the investigation and remediation of surface and sub-surface contamination. Candidate will gain exposure and expertise over time to site investigations, plume delineations, remediation systems and methods, sub-surface drilling, risk-based remediation evaluations, and overall project management.

Candidate will have the opportunity to travel - generally within South Carolina, and work alone or in groups. Candidate should be a self-starter, motivated, energetic, and willing to learn.
