Sodexo is hiring a General Manager 3 for Environmental Services in Atlantic City, NJ. The role involves managing the housekeeping department in a 200-bed acute care facility, focusing on client and patient satisfaction, and ensuring a clean, safe environment. Sodexo is seeking a Environmental Service Director, (General Manager 3) for Atlanta Care ,in the Atlantic City campus, located in Atlanta City, New Jersey. This position will manage the Housekeeping department in a 200 bed acute care facilities. This is a Day shift position, with some weekends and holidays. This positions report directly to a client Executive.

• be responsible for driving client and patient satisfaction scores;
• provide a clean and safe environment for patients, visitors and staff and works closely with the Infectious Control department;
• partner with the Environment of Care Committee, Infection Prevention Director and other key members of hospital leadership;
• effectively manages the Unit Operating System; and/or
• support a diverse and inclusive workforce.

Qualifications & Requirements:
Minimum Education Requirement - Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
Minimum Management Experience – 5 years
Minimum Functional Experience – 5 years
