Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations of the waste management facility, ensuring smooth and efficient processes.Manage waste collection, transportation, processing, and disposal operations in compliance with regulations.Develop and implement strategic plans, policies, and procedures to improve operational efficiency.Monitor financial performance, manage budgets, and drive cost optimization initiatives.Establish and track KPIs to measure operational performance and continuous improvement.Ensure compliance with environmental, safety, and regulatory standards.Lead, manage, and evaluate team performance, fostering a positive and productive work environment.Drive sustainability initiatives, including waste reduction, recycling, and environmental best practices.
Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree preferredMinimum 5 years of experience in waste management, including at least 2 years in a managerial role is preferred.
