Job Description

Carbon Asset Management is seeking a Fundraising Principal in Dubai to lead capital-raising for private equity funds. The role requires extensive experience in fundraising, a proven track record of raising at least $200 million, and strong investor relationships. Key responsibilities include developing fundraising strategies, preparing investor materials, and representing the firm at industry events. A Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years in the field are essential.
We are seeking an experienced Fundraising Principal - Private Equity to lead capital-raising initiatives for our private equity funds. The ideal candidate will have a demonstrated ability to raise significant amounts of capital, an exceptional network of investors, and the leadership skills required to manage high-level relationships and complex fundraising efforts.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement comprehensive fundraising strategies to secure commitments from
institutional investors, family offices, and HNWIs.
Build and nurture a robust investor network, leveraging relationships to achieve ambitious fundraising targets.
Demonstrate a proven track record of raising a minimum of $200 million in private equity funds, either individually or as part of a team.
Oversee the preparation and delivery of investor presentations, private placement
memorandums, and related marketing materials.
Represent the firm at investor conferences, roadshows, and high-profile industry events.
Collaborate with internal teams to align fundraising initiatives with the firm’s overall investment strategy and objectives.
Provide regular updates and strategic insights to senior management on fundraising progress, market trends, and investor feedback.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.
10+ years of experience in fundraising within private equity or related sectors.
Proven ability to secure substantial capital commitments (minimum $200 million).
Extensive network of institutional investors, family offices, and HNWIs.
Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
Fluency in English; fluency in additional European languages are an advantage (Italian; German; Spanish; French; Greek etc).
