Freelance Jr. Retoucher

Reformation seeks a Freelance Jr. Retoucher to edit e-commerce images, organize and archive photos, and ensure visual consistency. The role requires 2-3 years of experience in image retouching and a keen eye for fashion photography. The position is remote on Mondays and Fridays, with in-house work required on Tuesdays to Thursdays, based in Los Angeles. Strong organizational skills and the ability to adapt quickly are essential.

Freelance Retoucher - Remote Mon & Friday - In-house Tues-Thurs

Location: Frogtown Studio, Los Angeles

What You’ll Do:
• Edit and review all e-commerce images
• Organize, creatively crop, upload and archive photos with correct file naming conventions
• Format and enhance all image content; maintain file size and crop specification guidelines
• Upload imagery to back end of site and audit work
• Color correct garments in photos from physical samples
• Ensure visual consistency of product images

What You’ll Need:
• A keen eye for fashion/model photography as well as still life product photography and photo composition
• A strong work ethic and commitment to quality and efficiency
• Ecommerce experience is a plus
• Strong sense of problem solving skills
• Ability to adapt to changes quickly

Who You Are:
• Must have 2-3 years of professional experience in image retouching, editing/photography
• Fashion/retail and/or e-commerce experience
• Strong organizational, multitasking skills
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment required
