Job Description

Earthjustice is offering a Summer Clerkship for law students in Florida for 2027. Clerks will assist attorneys with case development, litigation strategy, legal research, and attend court proceedings. The position is full-time (37.5 hours/week) for ten weeks and offers a paid stipend. Applicants must be enrolled in a U.S. law school.
Earthjustice's Florida Regional Program invites summer law clerks to work closely with attorneys on case development and litigation strategy. Clerks will draft pleadings, conduct legal research, develop theories, gather evidence, and attend client meetings and court proceedings as part of a comprehensive summer program.

The program offers paid stipends with a per‑week amount and a ten‑week full‑time schedule (37.5 hours/week). Applicants must be enrolled in a U.S.
