Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented Financial Analyst to join our U.S. based project finance and development teams in the United States or Mexico City. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of project finance concepts, strong quantitative aptitude with advanced Excel skills, and ability to communicate effectively.

Ecoplexus Inc. is a rapidly growing renewable energy developer with over 80 projects completed in the U.S. and internationally, and a 1 GW pipeline in Mexico. Our company continues to grow at a rapid rate, with approximately $2 Billion of projects expected to be completed over the next four years.

Key Responsibilities:
• Review and develop financial models for different transaction structures
• Develop finance and development marketing materials
• Organize and present information for partners performing due diligence on Ecoplexus projects
• Assist in the review and negotiation of project finance contractual agreements
• Facilitate internal flow of information between finance, development, legal and engineering teams
• Manage project appraisal and cost segregation processes
• Analyze project economics and internally communicate financial model results

Requirements:
• Undergraduate degree required; quantitative disciplines desired
• Minimum 1-3 years of relevant experience in renewable energy, real estate development, investment banking or other transactional finance
• Near-native fluency in English required
