Position Overview

This is a field marketing / appointment setting role responsible for generating qualified leads for our in-home solar and roofing consultants.

As a Field Marketing Representative, you will speak directly with homeowners, educate them on solar energy, cost savings, and incentive programs, and schedule free consultations.

This is a performance-based position with uncapped earnings and a clear path into solar sales and leadership roles.

Compensation & Pay Structure

Uncapped Commission-Based Earnings

Training Pay:

Paid training: $16/hour (paid upon successful completion of 2-week program)Ongoing Compensation:

$200 per qualified appointment set$500 per closed sale (at contract signing – no clawbacks)$100 per kW installed (avg. $1,000+ per project)Estimated First-Year Earnings: $50,000 – $250,000+
