Responsible for day-to-day operations and strategic direction of ORGANIC farm. Lead, manage and optimize farm activities. Supervise 2-3 employees. Work with planning & management, field activities, irrigation, equipment, regulatory reporting, special projects, and farm team development. Requires experience in organic farming.
