As a Environmental Restoration Team Lead, you will lead a team of technicians in restoring homes and businesses affected by disasters. You will be responsible for creating and/or reviewing job scopes, ensuring accuracy and clarity, and managing job file documentation, job profitability, and efficiencies.

You will also oversee scheduling of jobs, resources, and crews, and train, manage, and recruit production personnel. The ideal candidate will have experience in restoration production - mold, IICRC certifications, and excellent leadership skills.
