Primary Responsibilities
• Development of CEQA and NEPA documents including Categorical Exemptions, Environmental Impact Report (EIR), Initial Studies/Mitigated Negative Declaration (IS/MND), Environmental Impact Statement (EIS), Environmental Assessments (EA).
• Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
• Preparation of project scopes and schedules.
• Attend and participate in client and project meetings.
• Prepare business development and marketing material.
• Ability to work with limited oversight and direction while producing quality work assignments.
Minimum Qualifications
• Bachelor of Science/Art’s Degree in Environmental Planning, Studies or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education.
• Minimum of 5 years of real experience in preparing CEQA documents. Preparing NEPA documents is a significant plus.
• Strong conceptual, organizational, problem solving and research abilities.
• Strong communication and writing skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $89,000.00 - $108,000.00 per year
