We are seeking a dedicated and results-driven Environmental Compliance Project Manager who is eager to embrace new learning experiences, pursue career growth, and contribute to our clients' success. The preferred location for this position is our Milwaukee, WI office, with minimal extended travel.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in preparing various permit applications (e.g., CAA, WPDES) and technical documents such as reports, letters, and regulatory correspondence.

Develop Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plans and Spill Prevention Control and Countermeasure Plans.

Interpret and apply the regulations and programs, including the Clean Air Act (CAA), Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA), and Clean Water Act (CWA).

Complete annual regulatory reports and maintain monthly recordkeeping documentation.

Work collaboratively with diverse business and technical teams to deliver projects on time and within scope.

Engage directly with clients, managing relationships effectively.

Serve as the client-facing manager on small to medium-sized projects.

Conduct on-site assessments at industrial locations with limited supervision.

Travel as necessary for fieldwork and various client/business objectives.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field.

A minimum of 5 years of experience in environmental consulting for industrial clients.

Demonstrated project management experience.

Experience with environmental audits and assessments.

Experience in preparing permit applications and managing compliance reporting.

Familiarity with regulatory agencies.

Proficiency in preparing technical environmental compliance documents.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in the food and beverage or manufacturing sectors.

Qualification-based environmental system auditor certification.

The salary range for this position is $65,000 - $100,000 annually, dependent on experience, location, and qualifications. In addition to base compensation, Foth members may be eligible for bonuses through our Earned Performance Incentive Program.
