Rundell Ernstberger Associates is seeking a qualified entry-level planner to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will assist the project manager and project team in support of management and completion of multiple projects of varying size and complexity. Your primary responsibility will be to research and analyze data related to urban planning, zoning, land use, and policy development.

You will also assist in developing maps, graphics, and working papers, as well as participate in public outreach and community engagement methods. Strong technical and organizational skills are essential for this role, along with excellent customer service rapport and application of energy and creativity to innovative and unique projects.

The successful candidate will possess a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Urban Planning, Urban Design, or related field from an accredited program. AICP certification or commitment to becoming certified is preferred. Proficiency in software platforms such as ArcGIS, Microsoft Office, and Adobe Creative Suite is required. Experience working in a collaborative environment is beneficial.
