Job Description

Finray.Solar is hiring an Entry Level Sales Manager in Minnesota to lead a team promoting community solar solutions. The role involves training sales representatives, engaging with the community, and driving sales performance. Candidates should have experience in direct sales, strong leadership skills, and excellent communication abilities. Position Overview:

As a Sales Representative and potential team lead, you will play a pivotal role in promoting sustainable energy solutions by leading a team of dedicated sales professionals in subscribing residential and small business customers to local community solar farms. You will be at the forefront of the green energy revolution, driving sales, fostering relationships within the community, and contributing to the reduction of carbon footprints.

Key Responsibilities:

Community Engagement: Promote the benefits of community solar programs and educate potential residential customers about the advantages of subscribing to local solar farms.

Training and Development: Provide training to sales sales representatives enhance their product knowledge, sales skills, and customer engagement abilities.

Sales Performance: Monitor and track individual and team performance, and implement corrective actions as needed. Ensure consistent growth in customer subscriptions.

Qualifications:
• Experience in direct, home service sales, with a track record of achieving sales targets.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team to success.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of community solar programs is a plus.
• high school diploma and experience required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $1,600.00 - $2,200.00 per week
