Energy Auditor

Atria Power Corporation is hiring an Energy Auditor in Bengaluru, Karnataka. The role requires a Bureau of Energy Efficiency certified auditor with a B.Tech/B.E. in Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics. Responsibilities include analyzing energy usage data, inspecting systems, recommending energy-efficient solutions, and preparing audit reports. Candidates should possess good communication skills and experience in conducting detailed energy audits across various sectors.
Qualification:

Bureau of Energy Efficiency certified auditor
IPMVP / Certified Measurement and Verification Professional
B.Tech/ B.E. in Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics.

Jobs Responsibilities:

Collect and analyse field data related to energy usage. Compare existing energy consumption levels to normative data.
Quantify energy consumption to establish baselines for energy use or need.
Inspect or evaluate buildings, mechanical systems, electrical systems, or process systems to determine the energy consumption of each system.
Recommend energy efficient technologies or alternate energy sources.
Calculate potential for energy savings. Providing energy conservation measures and feasible implementation solutions by carrying out audits.
Analyse energy bills including utility rates or tariffs to gather historical energy usage data.
Prepare audit reports containing energy analysis results and recommendations for energy cost savings.
Identify and prioritize energy saving measures. Providing energy optimization savings calculation/estimate and reports
Experience of conducting detailed energy audits for more than 20 sites in any of the verticals such as: commercial buildings or industries.

Skill required:

Good communication skills. Fluency in English and a local language
Judgement and decision making: Considering the relative costs and benefits of potential actions to choose the most appropriate one
Complex Problem Solving – Identifying complex problems and reviewing related information to develop and evaluate options and implement solutions.
