Electrical Superintendent – Renewable Energy Field Leader

The role starts in Houston and requires relocation to Alamogordo, NM. Candidates should have over 5 years of field supervision experience in solar or BESS projects, US work experience, and preferably OSHA 30 certification. This is a full-time position.
CJR Renewables seeks an Electrical Superintendent to lead electrical construction on a utility-scale renewable energy project. The role begins in Houston, then relocates to the Alamogordo, NM site, supervising daily field activities and coordinating with management, QA/QC, and safety teams.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years of field supervision in solar or BESS projects, US work experience, and preferably OSHA 30 certification. Relocation to New Mexico is required after onboarding.
