Job Description

The Electric Vehicle Charging Technician plays a crucial role in maintaining and repairing EV charging stations across multiple sites. This dedicated position requires a skilled technician to ensure the operational efficiency and safety of charging infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:
• Uphold safety standards at all service locations.
• Perform maintenance and repairs on electrical systems associated with EV chargers.
• Document site activities and prepare field reports accurately.
• Ensure all operations align with contractual agreements and service requirements.
• Deliver exceptional customer service, addressing technical issues efficiently.
• Conduct thorough diagnostics and repairs as per eMobility standards.
• Maintain communication with clients, updating them on service completion and equipment status.
• Execute OEM testing, troubleshooting, and maintenance for various charger types.
• Execute inspections and testing, including insulation and performance evaluations.
• Identify potential safety hazards and complete necessary safety documentation.
• Be prepared for overtime and emergency work as needed.

Qualifications:
• Minimum of 2 years of experience with electrical power equipment maintenance.
• Strong abilities in electrical and mechanical troubleshooting.
• High School diploma or GED equivalent required.
• Knowledge of OSHA safety protocols and standards.
• Valid driver's license necessary for travel to job sites.
• Experience with Salesforce is a plus.
