About the Position

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Charging Solutions Engineer - Pre Sales and After Sales Support.

You will be responsible for providing technical support and solutions to our customers.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electric power, communication, electronics, measurement and control technology and instrumentation, automotive service engineering, or automotive engineering.

Responsibilities
• Provide technical support and solutions to customers
• Develop and maintain relationships with customers
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of projects

Requirements
• Bachelor's degree or above in electric power, communication, electronics, measurement and control technology and instrumentation, automotive service engineering, or automotive engineering
• 1 year or above related work experience
• Strong learning ability, good service consciousness, strong sense of responsibility, meticulous and rigorous work
• Fluent in English and Spanish, Mandarin is a plus
