ESG / Sustainable Finance Associate (6th-8th Year)

Paul Hastings is seeking a 6th-8th year Associate for its ESG & Sustainable Finance practice in New York, NY. Candidates should have experience in advising private equity firms and corporations on ESG-related legal issues. Strong academic credentials and law firm experience are required. Applicants can work from any U.S. office. The salary range is between $390,000 and $435,000 annually.
The ESG & Sustainable Finance practice of Paul Hastings is seeking a 6th-8th year Associate to join a collaborative and growing team. Experience advising sophisticated private equity firms, corporations and project sponsors and lenders on complex and evolving legal issues relating to ESG and climate-related regulatory requirements, investor demands, strategic opportunities (including transaction strategies) and voluntary reporting frameworks is preferred. Strong achievement drive, strong academic credentials, law firm experience, the ability to navigate a broad range of work and client management skills are required.

The salary wage range that we expect to pay for this position is a minimum of $390,000 and a maximum of $435,000 (annually). The actual pay wage may vary based on experience or other relevant factors.
