Job Description

AppleOne is seeking a Dynamic Administrative Assistant for its environmental construction services team in Los Angeles, CA. The role involves calendar management, travel arrangements, report preparation, and general administrative support. Ideal candidates should possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. We are looking for a highly organized and efficient Administrative Assistant to join our environmental construction services team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing calendar management, travel arrangements, meals and lodging, reporting, and other duties as needed. This role requires excellent time management skills and the ability to work both individually and as part of a team.

Responsibilities:

Manage and coordinate calendars, scheduling meetings and appointments
Arrange travel, accommodations, and meals for team members
Prepare and maintain reports and documentation
Assist with various administrative tasks as needed
Ensure smooth communication and coordination within the team
Requirements:

Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
No job too small attitude
