Will also provide oversight of EVS contract at PCDC. They will set long term vision and will align practices according to regulatory requirements and best practices for infection prevention. This leader will provide leadership and will make sound decisions in support of the hospitals mission. Services range from minimal assistance to subacute post-hospital recovery. Our patients range from the young to the elderly as well as post-trauma rehabilitation patients and those in need of hospice or respite care. Develops and adheres to departmental staffing revenue and/or expense budgets. Responds to changes in the business which may affect the ability to achieve the budget goals. Develops a strategic plan for the departments and has oversight for daily operations. Establishes department dashboard to monitor KPIs and effectiveness of the cleaning programs.
