Job Description

Green Mountain Transportation is hiring Dedicated Reefer Truck Drivers in Oakland, TN, for CDL-A owner-operators. The role offers potential weekly earnings of $3,500 - $4,000, with a guaranteed minimum of $2,000 for the first six weeks. Drivers will be home daily, receive direct deposit, and enjoy discounts on fuel. Applicants must meet specific driving experience and record requirements. This is a full-time position with no degree required.

Job Details:
• Gross weekly pay can amount to $3,500 - $4,000 in potential earnings
• The assurance involves a weekly gross guarantee of $2,000 for the initial six weeks

Minimum Hiring Requirements
• It is necessary to be 23 years of age.
• Three years of confirmed expertise in operating commercial vehicles is a prerequisite.
• No major infractions were recorded in the MVR examination spanning the previous five years.
• Speeding 15mph over limit in commercial vehicle. If the 15mph over is in a personal vehicle there must be no other Speeding violations listed.
• Reckless Driving
• Avoiding responsibilities after an accident or eluding the authorities
• Speed exhibition, contest
• No more than 2 moving violations in past 2 years or no more than 3 Non-Moving Out-of-Service Violations in the past 3 years. A combination of MVR and PSP will be used to verify violations. PSP warnings will be considered the same as a violation.
• No instances of driver's license suspension in the past three years resulting from convictions while driving a motor vehicle.
• Clear Record of DOT Drug and Alcohol Testing Compliance.
• Carrying drugs or alcohol while driving a commercial vehicle is prohibited.
• A clean record of no DUI violations in a vehicle within the past five years is mandatory.
• To be eligible for consideration, the most recent DUI must have occurred five years ago or earlier.
• Evaluation of misdemeanors within the past seven years will be conducted on a case-by-case review.
• Evaluation of felony convictions occurring in the previous seven years will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
• No more than three preventable incidents have been recorded in the past 3 years.
• No Record of involvement in 2 At-Fault collisions and more than 2 motor vehicle moving convictions in past 3 years (personal or commercial).
• No documentation of being involved in one at-fault collision and three or more motor vehicle moving offenses (whether personal or commercial).
• A negative result from the laboratory or MRO in the DOT urine drug test is imperative. Employment or approval for an operator contract is dependent on this confirmation being obtained.
