This role blends technical expertise, project leadership, and client engagement to deliver high-quality climate solutions. You will lead greenhouse gas (GHG) inventories, support energy and decarbonization analysis, serve as a LEED Project Administrator, contribute to green building certifications, and help clients navigate a range of climate, energy, and reporting frameworks.This position is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of technical rigor, collaborative problem-solving, and purpose-driven work. Candidates in Hawaii or Alaska may need additional time-zone flexibility, as most clients and project teams are based in the continental U.S.Your Tasks Will InvolveLead GHG inventories and assessments aligned with recognized standards (e.g., GHG Protocol, ISO 14064).Analyze emissions data, develop baselines and forecasts, and identify decarbonization opportunities.Support energy modeling, energy performance analysis, or efficiency assessments as part of broader climate strategies.Communicate technical findings through clear visuals, reports, and client presentations.Green Building & LEED Project DeliveryServe as LEED Project Administrator and support certification efforts across LEED, WELL, and other rating systems.Manage MEP-related LEED documentation and participate in integrative design workshops.Support embodied carbon assessments using LCA tools such as One Click LCA.Develop decarbonization and energy roadmaps for clients.Evaluate…
