Jobleads-US is seeking a Data Scientist Leader in Charlotte, NC, to drive data analytics for business decisions. The role involves deep analytics, data modeling, and risk management using tools like SAS, Python, and SQL. Candidates should have a Master's degree and relevant experience. Job Description
This role involves performing deep analytics using large datasets and exploratory modeling. You will work closely with experts to provide clean, well-structured data for modeling, utilize statistical analysis and graph/network modeling techniques, and deploy models following enterprise data management and model management policies.
• Data Analysis and Modeling: Perform data mining, data processing, data analysis, and data visualization using SAS, Python, and Tableau to gain business insights from data.
• SQL and Data Engineering: Utilize SQL to curate large volumes of data, perform statistical data analysis, and design, test, and implement data solutions using Python, SQL, data warehousing, and UNIX shell scripting.
• Risk Management: Use graph theory algorithms to perform network analysis on large volumes of data for risk management and utilize data warehousing, data analytics, SQL, SAS, and Python to develop and enhance Risk Data products.
Required Skills & Experience
To succeed in this role, you must have a Master's degree or equivalent in Engineering, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field, and 2 years of experience in the job offered or a related Quantitative occupation.
• Utilizing SQL to curate large volumes of data, perform statistical data analysis, and data engineering;
• Implementing advanced high-performance Python code for large-scale distributed computing environments using multiprocessing in Python;
• Using graph theory algorithms to perform network analysis on large volumes of data for risk management;
• Performing data mining, data processing, data analysis, and data visualization using SAS, Python, and Tableau to gain business insights from data;
• Utilizing data warehousing, data analytics, SQL, SAS, and Python to develop and enhance Risk Data products;
10% domestic and international travel is required as necessary.
