Bachelor's Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or related. 5+ years energy analytics, grid ops or DERMS-related roles, strong proficiency in SQL, Python or R for data analysis. SCADA experience for a utility, knowledge of power systems, DER technologies and grid modernization

Required Skills:
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with data-driven mindset, team player

Preferred Skills:
Machine learning and predictive analytics for DER forecasting, cloud-based platforms (AWS, Azure or Google Cloud), third-party DERMS solutions (e.g., Concerto), certification in SQL, Power BI or relevant energy analytics tools, understanding of FERC, NERC and ISO/RTO market regulations, AspenTech OSI DERMS software
