The Opportunity

We are currently seeking an experienced, driven Credit Collections Officer to join our fast-paced team. Key areas:
• Manage assigned collections with a focus on maximising cash collections and maintaining a high level of customer service
• Effectively identify and recommend alternative collections activities
• Case/dispute management
• Comply and adhere to company policies ad collection principles
• Assist with reporting on debtor activity

About You

We are looking for an individual with previous credit collections and/or call centre experience. You thrive in a team environment and take pride in your ability to provide excellent customer service. You can demonstrate:
• Experience and knowledge of Debt Collection/Accounts Receivable fundamentals
• Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel essential
• Demonstrated experience in developing and executing collection strategies
• Excellent customer service and negotiation skills
• Accounting or Business qualification would be highly regarded
