Overview:

This leading, cutting-edge technology and life sciences law firm has an internationally

recognized, dynamic corporate practice with offices in Northern California, New York, Los

Angeles, Seattle and Washington D.C. Their corporate group provides services to technology

and life sciences companies at all stages of development, from early startups to mature,

publicly traded corporations.

They are seeking mid to senior level corporate associates with at least three (3+) years of

experience in a sophisticated corporate law practice with a focus on startup, venture

capital, and emerging company representation, for any of their Bay Area (Mountain View or

San Francisco), Seattle, Santa Monica, New York, or Washington D.C. offices.

Requirements:
• 3+ years of relevant experience at a corporate law firm. In-house candidates are welcome to apply, provided they have previous law firm experience.
• Active Bar membership in the jurisdiction for the position applying for or eligibility to sit/waive into the next bar exam.
• Superior academic credentials (law school transcript required for job submission).
• Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with, or affinity for, technology and/or life sciences companies.

• The anticipated salary range for this position is: $260,000 to $390,000/year. The actual base salary offered may depend upon a variety of factors, including without limitation, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and if applicable, the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.
