About our client:

We are working with a prestigious global investor who is seeking an experienced investment professional to join its private equity team focused on consumer investments.

This role will involve leading and executing private equity transactions, including sourcing, due diligence, structuring, and deal negotiations.

The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of the consumer industry and be able to identify emerging trends and opportunities.

Key responsibilities include overseeing the evaluation and screening of investment opportunities, providing actionable insights to the team, and supporting the development of relationships with target companies, advisors, and other stakeholders.

A strong track record of initiating, executing, and closing deals in highly competitive markets is essential. Commercially astute individuals with excellent negotiation, analytical, and presentation skills are required.

International experience, particularly in European markets, is highly desirable. Willingness to relocate to Abu Dhabi and work in a high-performing global team is also necessary.
