Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Construction Superintendent - Community Solar located in Southern Delaware. The Construction Superintendent will oversee the day-to-day operations of community solar construction projects. Responsibilities include managing Civil, Mechanical and Electrical subcontractors, ensuring project timelines and budgets are met, maintaining safety standards, conducting site inspections, and troubleshooting any issues that arise. The Construction Superintendent will also be responsible for ensuring quality control and coordinating with various stakeholders to ensure the successful completion of projects.

Qualifications
• Experience in construction management, project management, and overseeing subcontractors
• Knowledge of community solar projects, renewable energy systems, and electrical systems
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction documents
• Proficiency in construction software and tools, prior experience with SAGE CM a plus
• Commitment to safety and quality standards
• OSHA 30 required, electricians license and NFPA70E a plus
• Ability to work on-site in the Eastern Shore/ Delaware Area
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field is a plus
