This full-time position involves overseeing administration, programs, fundraising, and community engagement while reporting to the Board of Directors. The role focuses on advancing Idaho's conservation priorities and implementing the strategic plan.
The Idaho Conservation League (ICL) seeks a dynamic leader or leadership team to guide the organization to its next chapter. The Executive Director or Co-Executive Directors will oversee administration, programs, fundraising, and community engagement, implementing and measuring progress toward the strategic plan.

They report directly to the Board of Directors and help advance Idaho's conservation priorities.
