Compliance and Sustainability Specialist

Job Role

This role will oversee all health, safety, and environmental programs at our Robert Bosch Mexico site, working closely with our operations teams to ensure compliance with Bosch and Mexican regulations.

Main Tasks
• Develop and maintain compliance with relevant standards and regulations.
• Create and implement HSE programs and initiatives to improve site performance.
• Provide EHS training and guidance for associates.
• Enhance efficiency in environmental and occupational safety goals.
• Implement the MAE release process for plant equipment and machinery.

Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Environmental Health and Safety Engineering, or a related field.
• Master's degree in Environmental Health and Safety, certified specialist, or similar.
• Intermediate English level.

Salary Range: $60,000 - $80,000 per year
